I help creative and soul-driven entrepreneurs grow their businesses by offering them strategic support and assistance with DIGITAL AND CONTENT marketing, CUSTOMER SERVICE and administration.
I help you develop marketing strategies, coordinate and implement them and assist you in areas you’d rather outsource and delegate to an experienced marketing coordinator - one who has over a decade of combined experience in traditional and digital marketing, communications and administration (that's me!).
I live in Newcastle, Australia and have spent the majority of my life in small business. The daughter of a sole-trader, I spent my childhood watching my dad run his business from his home office, and four years ago, I married a retail store owner and have spent every day of our marriage living the rollercoaster ride they call, 'being in business'.
A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I’ve never had a coffee in my whole life. There’s something about the smell that turns me off even drinking it! But I do love me a good herbal tea. And can drink multiple cups a day. My husband jokes I have enough tea in our house to start a herbal tea store.
Crystals have a special place in my heart. I don’t understand everything about their healing properties, but I owe the success of my first business to them - I sold crystal jewellery and homewares on eBay and Etsy for over five years - and find their uniqueness and qualities pretty magical. I’d say my favourites are rose quartz, amazonite and amethyst but really, I love them all.
I graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) and in 2016 completed my Certificate in Content Marketing with ADMA. I also have a Diploma in Education (Secondary) which means yep, for a brief period in my life, I was also a teacher.
If the weather is nice on Sunday, you'll often find me with my husband at Bar Beach in Newcastle. If we could, we'd be at the beach every day.
The first website I ever made was a fan site for Nathan Fillion. It still exists. I haven't updated it since 2006 but it's pretty hilarious!
